    Why does my iPhone keep skipping randomly to different songs?? I am not pressing the shuffle button! It just randomly makes a chirruping sound and then plays a different song. How do I stop this?

    Dan Gardener: You have "shake to shuffle" turned on. This is supposed to skip to a random song when you physically shake the phone. It's a *feature* ha ha :\ The problem is that it's too sensitive and sometimes just gets triggered when you move your hand while holding it or set it down. Is it knocking against something hard in your purse, perhaps?

    Here's how to turn this off.

    1) Press the Home button to bring up your list of apps
    2) Go to your iPhone's main "Settings" app
    3) Scroll down to "iPod" and tap that
    4) On the next screen, switch "Shake to Shuffle" to the OFF position.

    That'll turn the behavior off. Hope this helps!
