    I like the Xbox 360 game controller. Can I use it with a PC to play Skyrim?

    Andy Hilal: You can plug any Xbox controller into your PC pretty easily if it has a USB cable on the end. Windows 7 computers will recognize Xbox controllers right away and help you install the drivers.

    If you want to use the main wireless controller without cables, that's another story. You would need to purchase this wireless receiver unit for your PC (the Xbox has receiver hardware inside). It's only about $20.

    If you don't mind wires you can get a cheap wired controller for almost nothing at GameStop. I have a MadCatz controller I bought used there for about $5 to play SkyRim on my PC.
